Myles Richard Kennedy is an American musician, singer and songwriter, best known as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the rock band Alter Bridge, and as the lead vocalist in guitarist Slash's backing band, known as Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. A former guitar instructor from Washington, he has worked as a session musician and songwriter, making both studio and live appearances with several artists, and has been involved with several projects throughout his career, including Led Zeppelin, The Mayfield Four, Citizen Swing, Cosmic Dust, Kings of Chaos and more.
With Alter Bridge, Kennedy released 5 studio albums, from 2004's 'One Day Remains' to 2016's 'The Last Hero', but has worked on at least seven separate albums with various other works and collaborators, and has toured all over th world with his various line-ups.
Kennedy has been at work on a solo album since 2009. Finally, 'Year of the Tiger' is due to be released on March 9, 2018. He'll accompany the release with a UK tour, where he will call in Birmingham, Nottingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol and London, where he'll play the Islington Assembly Hall, during March.

Thanks to the modern trend of cherry picking individual tracks for consumption, crafting a fully-realised album, one that’s both musically and thematically cohesive, is an artform that’s slowly being eroded.
