Nick Heyward is a British singer-songwriter and musician from Beckenham, Kent.
Heyward starting his music career in 1980, as a member of Haircut 100, a band who burnt briefly and brightly as the ultimate group of friends who hit the big time within a year of getting together and releasing music. It finished as quickly as it began however, as the band parted ways in 1983.
Heyward released his debut solo album, ‘North of a Miracle’, later the same year, which hit #10 in the UK Albums Chart. His career continued through the next two decades with the likes of supporting Wham! at Wembley at their farewell shows, and continuin to release charming records, like 'From Monday To Sunday' and 'Tangled'. He experienced many record company deals, with both major labels and sizable indies; Arista, Warner, Sony and Alan McGee's Creation have all sought him out.
His latest release was ‘Woodland Echoes’ in August 2017 via his own label Gladsome Hawk, and Heyward is now set to embark on a UK tour in the summer of 2018. Catch him live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
