Night Beats are an American psychedelic garage rock band from Seattle, Washington, consisting of lead singer and guitarist Lee Blackwell, James Traeger on drums and bass player Jakob Bowden.
Founded in 2009, they released their debut 7” ‘H-Bomb’ in 2010, which led to them signing with Trouble in Mind Records. They released their debut self-titled album in 2011. Their second album, ‘Sonic Bloom’, was released in 2013 via The Reverberation Appreciation Society. Their latest album, ‘Who Sold My Generation’, is set to be released in 2016 via Heavenly Recordings. The band have headlined their own shows and tours and have supported the likes of The Black Angels, Roky Erickson, The Zombies, The Jesus and Mary Chain, The Strange Boys, Black Lips, and The Growlers.
