Sleaford Mods are an British punk band from Nottingham, England, consisting of Jason Williamson and Andrew Fearn.
Originally started as the solo project of Jason Williamson in 2006, the band became a duo in 2009. The pair of producers and songwriters share a knack for putting together gritty, yet catchy tracks, which they described as ‘electronic munt minimalist punk-hop rants for the working class’.
They released their self-titled debut in 2007, and have gone on to release seven more albums, with their latest, ‘Key Markets’, released in 2015, gaining them the most notoriety. They supported the release with live dates in spring and autumn, as well as appearances at festivals. The duo dropped their latest, ‘English Tapas’, on March 3, 2017, which they supported with USA and Canada dates followed by a European tour in May and UK shows.
Sleaford Mods have announced a new record, 'Eaton Alive', which is due in February 2019, and a massive UK tour to accompany the album. Catch them live by checking out the tour dates and ticket information below on Stereoboard.
