Standon Calling is an annual music festival based in Standon, Hertfordshire, held in the private Standon Lordship grounds.
Formed in 2004, with a single stage, a second was added the following year, and in 2006, it was extended to two days. The festival has seen performances from the likes of Florence and the Machine, Super Furry Animals, The Maccabees, Glasvegas, Frank Turner and The Sleeping Souls, Maximo Park, Charli XCX, The Dandy Warhols, Basement Jaxx, Suede, Jess Glynne, Kelis, Everything Everything, the Hives, Grace Jones, Orbital and Clean Bandit.
The 2018 edition saw George Ezra and Paloma Faith joining Bryan Ferry as headliners. Also on the stage were Goldfrapp, the Horrors, Django Django, Maribou State, Little Simz, Tokio Myers, Marmozets, the Amazons, Pale Waves, Shame, Sam Fender, Tom Walker, Dream Wife, Confidence Man, Pip Blom, Average Sex, Flamingods, the Saboteurs, Ibibio Sound Machine and the Cuban Brothers, among others.
