The Blow Monkeys are a Scottish new wave and alt-rock outfit hailing from Haddington. Formed in 1981, the band consists of singer-songwriter and instrumentalist Dr. Robert, aka Robert Howard, alongside saxophone-player Neville Henry, bassist Mick Anker, and drummer Tony Kiley.
Originally running from 81-90, the band would release five studio albums, becoming a popular name across the UK - especially thanks to tracks like Wait and It Doesn't Have to Be This Way.
Returning in 2007, the band are now back in business and have given fans three more records and a live EP. Following five UK dates in April 2015, supporting latest LP, Feels Like a New Morning, The Blow Monkeys will head back to Under The Bridge in London in spring 2016. Get tickets below!
