The Bouncing Souls are an American punk rock band from New Brunswick, currently consisting of Greg Attonito, Pete Steinkopf, Bryan Kienlen and George Rebelo.
Formed in 1989, the band released their debut album, ‘The Good, The Bad & The Argyle’, in 1994, followed by ‘Maniacal Laughter’ in 1996, which led to the band signing with Epitaph Records, releasing a self-titled album in 1997. ‘Hopeless Romantic’ was released in 1999, with ‘How I Spent My Summer Vacation’ coming out in 2001, ‘Anchors Aweigh’ in 2003, and ‘The Gold Record’ in 2006. ‘Ghosts on the Boardwalk’ in 2006, and ‘Comet’ in 2012 came out on the band’s own label, Chunksaah. The band released their latest album, 'Simplicity', in July 2016, via Rise Records, and have since toured with The Great Collapse and Great Cynics.
