With their latest record ‘Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys’ being packed with colourful imagery and a comic-infused world, the band promised fans a trio of videos documenting the journey of the Killjoys in the zones. While they’ve exceeded their promise of three videos from this record - the third being a dance party for ‘Planetary (GO!)’ - the newest doesn’t finish the tale ‘Na Na Na’ and ‘The Only Hope For Me Is You’ started; in fact, it is a video made primarily by a fan.

Earlier this evening Download Festival unveiled a further five acts for it's 2012 line-up. Announcing the bands via Zane Lowe's Radio One Evening Show, Radio One Rock Show host Daniel P Carter revealed that Download will host the long-awaited return of Soundgarden, as well as performances from Chase And Status, Biffy Clyro, You Me At Six and Tenacious D. The DJ also promised fans another announcement later on, well, here it is...

London quintet S.C.U.M. have announced a series of tour dates for next month in support of their debut album ‘Again Into Eyes’, which was released late last year. The new dates include the band's NME Awards Show in London - see below for details. Earlier this month, S.C.U.M. released the single and album opener ‘Faith Unfolds’ – watch the official music video below. The next single ‘Amber Hands’ is due for release in April.

Californian pop-punkers Set Your Goals have announced that they will be returning to the UK in May for another run of shows to support their latest album ‘Burning At Both Ends’. The album, which was released last year, is the band’s third to date and follows 2009’s ‘This Will Be The Death Of Us’. Support on the May tour will come from Watford-based rockers Spycatcher – featuring Gallows bassist Stuart Gili-Ross – and post-hardcore quartet Make Do And Mend.

Instrumentalists Maybeshewill have had, by all accounts, a pretty good 2011. They have completed numerous tours, always to acclaim from fans and critics alike, and released arguably their most complete record to date in “I Was Here for a Moment, Then I Was Gone”. It is therefore not surprising that they have chosen to end the year in a celebratory manner, in the form of two shows featuring the aforementioned third album in full complete with live strings.
