Snoop Dogg Confirms Show At Birmingham's HMV Institute & Tickets

Snoop Dogg has announced a show at Birmingham's HMV Institute for May 16th.
Snoop Dogg is one of the most famous American artists and producers to emerge out of the early 90s West Coast gangsta rap scene. His 1993 album 'Doggystyle' became the first ever debut to enter the charts at 1#, went quadruple platinum and produced several hit singles such as 'Gin and Juice'. 18 years later, Snoop Dogg released his 10th studio album 'Malice In Wonderland' (2009), has had numerous collaborations, hit singles, television and film appearances, acting credits and endorsements plus his own reality TV show, 'Snoop Dogg's Father Hood'.
Snoop's style has been described as one of the 'smoothest, funkiest MCs' which gives him the well known laidback quality to his rhymes. Despite being in and out of prison, and facing the law on many occasions throughout his life, Snoop is a certified football coach and has been head coach for his son's youth football team in recent years.
Already confirmed for London's Lovebox festival, Snoop Dogg will be performing new tracks from the album and 'tha DoggFather' is sure to set the hmv Institute alive with the lazy drawl and rhythmically complex-lyric delivery which he is renowned for.

Monday May 16th 2011 – HMV Institute, Birmingham
Tuesday May 17th 2011 – HMV Forum, London
