Bat For Lashes is the fourth headliner to be announced for By The Sea.
Natasha Khan joins the already announced Wolf Alice, Super Furry Animals and Wild Beasts at the top of the bill, which also features Mystery Jets, Jagwar Ma, Ibibio Sound Machine, Anna Meredith, Let's Eat Grandma, Joe Goddard DJ, Bill Ryder-Jones, Meilyr Jones, the Big Moon and Dreller.
The festival will take over Dreamland Margate in Kent on September 30 and October 1. Tickets are on sale now, with day prices starting from £37.50 and weekend prices £67.50, plus fees.
