Katie Crutchfield will release a new Waxahatchee album this summer.
'Out in the Storm', the follow up to 2015's 'Ivy Tripp', is due to arrive on July 14 through Merge. Check out the video for its first single, Silver, as well as the tracklist and artwork, below.
Discussing the new track, Crutchfield said:
“It’s about self-examination and the different shapes that takes, good and bad. I wanted it to be abstract and poetic, but I also wanted to align it with the other songs on the album, since they’re all so connected lyrically.”
'Out in the Storm':
- Never Been Wrong
- 8 Ball
- Silver
- Recite Remorse
- Sparks Fly
- Brass Beam
- Hear You
- A Little More
