Foxing have released a new single.

Gameshark is the latest to be lifted from their forthcoming LP, 'Nearer My God', which was was co-produced by former Death Cab For Cutie member Chris Walla and the band’s guitarist and vocalist Eric Hudson. The follow up to 2015's 'Dealer' is due out on August 10 through Triple Crown.

The new cut may at points be slightly more stripped back than the previously shared title track, but it definitely cranks things up in terms of tempo and has a surprisingly funky core. Unfortunately, unlike Nearer My God it is not availble to stream in English, Spanish, Japanese, French, and German.

The St. Louis, Missouri-based band will support their new album with a co-headline UK and Ireland tour with Pianos Become The Teeth, which will kick off with two nights at London's Bush Hall on August 9 and 10. They will finish up the run with a set at ArcTanGent festival on August 16.

Foxing Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows

Thu August 09 2018 - LONDON Bush Hall
Fri August 10 2018 - LONDON Bush Hall

td#right {display:none !important;} A new year brings with it the chance to look ahead after a few weeks of looking back over our shoulders. In musical terms, we can start to think about the artists who’ll capture our attention on summer festival stages, or during opening slots for existing favourites. We can ponder the singles that’ll leap from radio waves or playlists into the fabric of our day-to-day. Here we’ve assembled 10 artists we believe will make 2019 one to remember—some of them are about to release debut records, others are starting to pound the pavement in support of music that deserve time to shine.

Photo: Georgia Rawson There are plenty of music fans out there who would happily hype the battle between pop and rock for the rest of time: the dark side versus the light, Ivan Drago versus Rocky Balboa, John Travolta versus Nicolas Cage, Nicolas Cage versus John Travolta. But then we also have bands like Puppy, who are able to cast that whole argument in the comic light it often deserves.
