Katy Perry And Zedd Unveil Video For 365 Collaboration

Katy Perry and Zedd have teamed up for a collaborative single, 365.
The track, which was co-written by the pair, with Zedd producing, comes accompanied by a futuristic video directed by Warren Fu, who has previously worked with Daft Punk and the Weeknd, among others. It stars the Roar singer as a "Stepford Wife" android who becomes dangerously obsessed with a human, played by Zedd. The DJ said:
"Katy and I have known each other for a while now and while on tour together in Australia last summer, we starting working on some music. After we got off tour and with our musical value systems even more aligned we continued working together and that’s when 365 started to take shape. As it all came together, we knew we had something special. I love how Katy sounds on this record. I’m so excited to finally share this with our fans."
Perry added:
"I was really excited for Zedd to join my Witness: The Tour last year, and in our down time, we started vibing on music, which led to this special song. Happy to collaborate with such a talented and down-to-earth human being."
Aside from Perry's festive song Cozy Little Christmas and her joint track with Nicki Minaj, Swish Swish, 365 marks the first new music from Perry since the release of her latest album, 'Witness', in 2017.
The track also serves as Zedd's first single of 2019, arriving ahead of his California Tour in April, which includes sets at both Coachella weekends.
