Can't Go Back is a slick, laid-back, uplifting cut about looking ahead and serves as the first taste of the Hackney-born artist's third full-length project, which is expected later this year. It finds Radical teaming up again with KZ, who produced his previous single 25, as well as frequent collaborator Swindle, and Kyu Steed. Radical said:
"It's been two years since my last project, it used to frustrate me but everything makes sense now. I needed that room for clarity. If I'm gonna open up and talk about my darker moments I don’t want it to be sad. I wanna celebrate the fact I'm doing better. Can’t Go Back is the first siren in a symphony. The sound track to my emancipation."
Catch Radical live at London's The Ends and Field Day festivals this summer.
