Groove Armada Announce Career-Spanning Greatest Hits Album 'GA21'

Friday, 05 July 2019 Written by Helen Payne

Groove Armada have announced details of a new album.

‘GA21’ arrives on August 23, and will celebrate the EDM duo’s two decade-long career with upwards of 50 tracks over four themed CDs: Balearic, Live, DJ Club Mix and Radio.

As well as the well-loved hits, including Superstylin’, I See You Baby, If Everybody Looked The Same and more, the new release will also feature two new songs, I Can Only Miss You and I’ll Be Searching.

Andy Cato said the secret to the band’s longevity is down to “the accumulation of thousands and thousands of hours of tweaking the system, the songs, the arrangements and everything.”

To coincide with ‘GA21’ the band have lined up a handful of UK festival sets and shows this summer, including headline slots at Wilderness and Playground, appearances at Boomtown Fair, Beat-Herder and Beat Yard and an outdoor performance at Caerphilly Castle in July. Tonight (July 5) they take over London’s Old Royal Naval College.

Groove Armada Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows

Fri July 05 2019 - LONDON Old Royal Naval College
Sun July 14 2019 - CAERPHILLY Caerphilly Castle
Fri August 02 2019 - GLASGOW Rouken Glen Park
