Anna Calvi has released one of her original songs written for the recent fifth series of Peaky Blinders.
Titled You're Not God, the slow-building, brooding track comes with a visualiser and features on the series' accompanying soundtrack, which also includes Calvi's cover of FKA Twigs' Papi Pacify. The album is available digitially and on CD now, with a vinyl edition following on November 15.
Calvi wrote and performed the score for the whole of series five and has also been commissioned to score series six.
Her Mercury Prize-nominated third studio album, 'Hunter', arrived in 2018. More recently, she appeared on Jeff Goldblum's track Four On Six/Broken English.
