Deftones have announced the postponement of their summer North American tour due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The alt-metal legends were due to team up with Gojira and Poppy for the run, which involved 28 stops across the US and Canada, kicking off on July 27 in Portland, Oregon. The dates will now take place in 2021.
“You’ll be the first to know once they are confirmed,” the band wrote. “All tickets will be honored or refunded upon our next announcement regarding the tour.”
Deftones also promised an update on their European plans shortly.
