Carpenter Brut Returns With New Single Fab Tool

Friday, 27 November 2020 Written by Jon Stickler

Carpenter Brut is back with a new single.

Fab Tool leans into what the French synthwave artist does best; a futuristic, expansive soundscape composed primarily of a synth backdrop and recurring, pounding drums with ominous chants from American musician David Eugene Edwards.

It comes paired with a dystopian-themed video that adds to the song's epic, cinematic aesthetic, viewable below.

Carpenter Brut put out the 'Leather Teeth' LP in 2018, which they followed up with the Blood Machines soundtrack in April 2020.
