Bon Iver To Celebrate Self-Titled Second Album's 10th Anniversary With Two US Shows And Reissue

Bon Iver have announced plans to celebrate their second album's 10th anniversary.
To mark the self-titled LP's milestone, the band will play two special shows at the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, California on October 22 and 23, with tickets on general sale at 10am PST on August 20. In a social media post, the band said:
"These very special shows will feature a return of the iconic production from the original album’s tour in 2012 and L-ISA Hyperreal Sound, the spatial audio technology from L-Acoustics used at select tour dates on our autumn 2019 tour, which fosters a deeper sense of connection with live music as we experience ‘Bon Iver, Bon Iver’ live together."
As well as the shows, the band have announced they will put out a limited edition reissue of the album. 'Bon Iver, Bon Iver (10th Anniversary Edition)' will be available on CD and LP on January 14 through Jagjaguwar/4AD, and will include five songs from their AIR Studios session, "a minimal white-on-white reimagination of the original cover art, and a personal essay from Phoebe Bridgers."
Bon Iver's last album was 2019's 'i,i'. They were due to support it with a UK and European tour in 2020, but due to COVID-19 the shows have been rescheduled multiple times and will now take place in autumn 2022. Head below for dates and ticket details.
