Never Gonna Rain is the latest cut to be lifted from his new album, 'So Happy It Hurts', due for release on March 11 via BMG.
The earworm, pared back track is led by a playful bassline from the Canadian singer-songwriter, who explained its inspiration in a statement:
“The ultimate optimist is someone who keeps on expecting the best, even in the face of the worst. Living in the moment, instead of in fear. Turning the negatives into positives. Taking the rain and turning it into a gift.”
Adams will support the follow-up to 2019's 'Shine A Light' with European tour dates from late January to March, then shows across the UK and Ireland later this spring and summer. Tickets are on sale.now.
