Lewis Capaldi Shares New Track How I'm Feeling Now

Lewis Capaldi has released a new single called How I'm Feeling Now.
Unfurling over strummed acoustic guitar and strings, the personal song arrives alongside a trailer for the Scottish singer-songwriter's upcoming self-reflective Netflix documentary of the same name, due out on the streaming platform on April 5. Announcing the track on social media, he shared a short video of him performing the track, revealing to fans on Instagram:
"How I’m Feeling Now… this is absolutely without a doubt the most personal song i’ve ever written… the last five years have been the best of my life but there have been a number of times where I’ve not felt as happy as I grew up thinking I would be if I got to this point in my career and life. I’ve never really shared or written about the times I’ve felt my lowest and this song is about exactly that. Hope you enjoy it x."
The song will appear on the 26-year-old's sophomore album, 'Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent', which is out on May 19. It'll also include the previously shared cuts Pointless and Forget Me.
Capaldi was recently forced to postpone a handful of European tour dates after suffering from bronchitis. The North American leg of his world tour is currently still set get underway at the end of March, followed by Australian and New Zealand shows in July.
He also has a string of outdoor UK shows planned for the summer, along with a headline appearance on the main stage at Reading andLeeds in August.
