Sublime Release New Song Feel Like That Feat Vocals By Jakob and Bradley Nowell

Sublime have shared their first new track in 28 years.
Feel Like That is the Long Beach, California band's first original material since their self-titled third album, which came out in 1996, the same year their frontman Bradley Nowell died of a drug overdose in San Francisco while on tour.
The band did not regroup following the passing of Nowell, but this year announced they were getting back together with Bradley's son Jakob Nowell stepping in as their full-time frontman and would be performing at Coachella. They had previously performed as Sublime with Jakob in late 2023 for a Los Angeles benefit show for Bad Brains vocalist H.R.
Introducing the new reggae-punk track, which features vocals by both Jackob and Bradley Nowell, Sublime said:
“Feel Like That” is OUT NOW!!! This track means a lot to us personally on so many levels. It’s the first track we are releasing from the next chapter of Sublime with Eric, Bud and Jakob. We wanted to honor the past while bringing in the future…the song features vocals from Brad and Jakob which is so special for all of us. The blend of the new generation and the classic OG Sublime is what we aimed for and hearing them together is beyond amazing. Having it come together with Brad and Jake and including our boys Stick Figure along with Miguel producing is representative of the past we honor and the future we want to sonically expand on. It’s the blend we wanted to offer the world for the first thing they heard from the reborn Sublime. The track is out now and the response we have gotten brings us joy. Sublime Family Forever!!!"
