Everyone Says Hi, Monks And Girl Group Among New Acts Announced For Liverpool's Sound City

More acts have been revealed for this year's Sound City.

With over 50 names already announced, new additions include Everyone Says Hi, Monks, Girl Group, Ellur, Rosellas, Daytime TV, Matt-Felix, Paige Kennedy, fletchr fletchr, M60, The Lags, Ruby J, ELLis.D, and Hongza.

They join the previously confirmed Saturday headliners The Royston Club, Sunday evening headliner Dylan John Thomas, as well as Sunday afternoon headliner STONE. 

Other acts already lined up for the Liverpool music showcase include Imogen and the Knife, The Guest List, Nieve Ella, Rianne Downey, Brògeal, Keyside, Overpass, Panic Shack, Siobhan Winifred, The Cheap Thrills, The Clause Maya Delilah, TTSSFU, Better Joy, The Stingrays, Delights, Alex Spencer, Basht, Mitch Saunders and Mandrake Handshake, among many others. Managing Director, Becky Ayres said:

"We can’t believe that we’re less than a month away from Sound City 2025. We’re delighted to reveal even more names joining our 18th edition, bringing together artists that new music fans have been flocking to over the past year, are set for massive breakthrough moments or are ready to be discovered and become people’s new favourite artists. It means the best in emerging music comes to the world capital of pop music. That mix across the streets of the city we love is so important, showcasing what the North West does best - and we can’t wait to welcome everyone for an unforgettable weekend at the start of May."

It was previously revealed that the Sound City+ Conference have teamed up with industry partners the British Phonographic Industry, BMG and UK Music, plus influential professionals from live music, recorded music, digital marketing, management, industry campaigns and more. 

The event will return to various venues in the heart of Liverpool on May 3 and 4, with the Sound City+ Conference set to take place on May 2.

What? A three-day, inner-city festival that boasts a diverse musical line-up, ranging from alternative hip hop to indie and dream-pop.

Where? Various venues and outdoor stages in Liverpool city centre.

When? May 2 - 4, 2025.

Who? The Royston Club will top the bill at Grand Central Hall on the Saturday. Dylan John Thomas will headline on Sunday evening, following Sunday afternoon headliner STONE.

New additions to the bill include Everyone Says Hi, Monks, Girl Group, Ellur, Rosellas, Daytime TV, Matt-Felix, Paige Kennedy, fletchr fletchr, M60, The Lags, Ruby J, ELLis.D, and Hongza.

There will also be performances from Nieve Ella, Rianne Downey, Overpass, Panic Shack, The Cheap Thrills, Keyside, Allie Sherlock, The Clause, Aimee Fatale, Arkayla, Alex Spencer, Ava Joe, Bank Details, Basht, Bathing Suits, Better Joy, Big Sleep, Brògeal, Charlie Pittman, Cliffords, Deary, Delights, Dirty Blonde, Disgusting Sisters, Ever, Florence Road, Florenters, The Guest List, The Heavy North, Imogen and the Knife, IST IST, The Kowloons, KEO, Mandrake Handshake, Maya Delilah, Mitch Sanders, Mudi Sama, Nancy Williams, Precious Pepala, Sair, Shania Sabrina, Siobhan Winifred, The Stingrays, The Solaas, TONTO, TTSSFU, White Flowers, and more that are still to be confirmed.

The Sound City+ Conference programming will feature important voices from industry partners, plus influential professionals from live and recorded music, digital marketing, management, industry campaigns and more.
