Benson Boone has shared a new single, Mystical Magical.
The vibrant pop offering, which was debuted during his recent sets at Coachella, interpolates the melody of Olivia Newton-John's 1981 hit Physical. It will feature on his upcoming album, 'American Heart', which is due out on June 20 via Night Street Records/Warner Records and includes the previously unveiled single Sorry I'm Here For Someone Else, his first release of the year.
The Grammy and BRIT-nominated singer announced the follow-up to 2024's 'Fireworks & Rollerblades' during his first performance at the California festival on April 11, when he was joined on stage by Queen guitar legend Brian May for a special rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody.
Boone, who will make his Saturday Night Live debut as a musical guest this weekend (May 3), will play further US and European festival appearances throughout the spring and summer, including slots at California's BottleRock Napa Valley, New York's Governors Ball, Madrid's Mad Cool Festival and Portugal's NOS Alive. He'll also headline Milwaukee's Summerfest in July. Tickets are on sale now.
Boone was recently revealed as a performer for this year's Capital's Summertime Ball with Barclaycard at London's Wembley Stadium on June 15. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Wednesday (April 30).
