CMAT Shares New Single The Jamie Oliver Petrol Station

CMAT has shared another track from her upcoming album.
Titled The Jamie Oliver Petrol Station, the tongue-in-cheek indie-pop offering is as a witty take on the Dublin artist's own judgmental feelings toward others. She explained:
"The whole point of the song is actually my annoyance and intolerance and hatred of other people serves absolutely no purpose in my life and is a really bad instinct that I have. So it’s actually a love song for Jamie Oliver, if you think about it. It’s me being like ‘don’t be a bitch and stop judging people for annoyances."
Ciara Mary-Alice Thompson will support the record with her previously scheduled Euro-Country Tour in the autumn, following a number of summer dates, including an appearance at Glastonbury Festival next week, which she'll warm up for with intimate UK shows between June 21 and 25.
The North American leg of the Euro-Country Tour is scheduled for September and features a slot at Atlanta's Shaky Knees Festival. Tickets are on sale now.
