Following his triumpaht return to Glastonbury this weekend, Lewis Capaldi has announced a UK and Ireland tour for later this year.
The Scottish singer-songwriter will headline arenas in Sheffield, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Cardiff, Ireland and London, where he'll play two nights at The O2, between September 7 and 29.
Support will come from Aaron Rowe on all dates, and Skye Newman at all shows except the London gig on September 18 and the Nottingham stop. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on July 10.
The announcement not only follows the release of his new single Survive, which came out last Friday, but the same day he played a surprise set on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury, where last year he was unable to finish his set without the help of the crowd due to losing his voice and experiencing relentless Tourette tics.
This time round, though, he was composed, confident and delivered flawless vocals. "Second time's a charm on this one, everybody," he quipped.
Capaldi released his latest album, 'Broken by Desire to Be Heavenly Sent', back in 2023 and it hit the top of the UK charts. With a new single out and new tour confirmed, it's hoped a follow-up will be the next thing announced.
