The the sexually-charged dance-pop track the marks the American vocalist's first new music since her 2024 single You'll Be OK, Kid, and marks a return to pop after exploring rock and pop-punk territory on her last couple of albums.
It arrives after the singer wiped her Instagram feed last week, signalling that something new was on the way, and posted a number of social media teasers.
The track is the first taste of her upcoming album, which was produced by Zhone, who said: “It’s been so inspiring working with Demi and experiencing her journey of continued leveling up. She is such a master in the studio. This album is about letting inhibitions go, and we had so much fun making this music! It really comes across throughout.”
Lovato's latest album is 2023's 'Revamped', which saw her give her biggest hit singles a rock makeover, complete with all new vocals and production. The year before that, she put out the rock record 'Holy Fvck'.
