Mac DeMarco Posts New Track Phantom Ahead Of 'Guitar' Release

Mac DeMarco has shared a final preview of his new album.
A stripped back, melancholic ballad, Phantom marks the third single from 'Guitar', due out this Friday (August 22) via Mac's Record Label.
The Canadian singer-songwriter previously teased the record with last month's single Holy, and lead single Home, which introduced the record in June.
DeMarco will support the LP with a previously announced North American tour beginning later this month, followed by UK and European shows in the autumn, and a series of Canadian gigs in December. Select dates will feature support from artists on Mac's Record Label, including Mock Media, Tex Crick, Daryl Johns, and Vicky Farewell.
He's also got tour dates lined up for 2026, visiting venues across Asia and North America from February through to May. Tickets are on sale now.
