Madi Diaz has shared another track from her upcoming album.
The gentle, acoustic-driven Heavy Metal arrives with an Allister Ann-directed video and marks the third preview of 'Fatal Optimist', due out on October 10 via ANTI‑. Introducing the song, Diaz said:
"I really wanted to write a song that feels as hardcore as I am. I am emotionally heavy metal, but everything comes out soft."
Previously, the Los Angeles artist teased the follow-up to 2024's two-time Grammy-nominated 'Weird Faith' with the singles Ambivalence and Feel Something.
She'll support the album with a previously announced North American tour this fall. Tickets are on sale now.
