Soulfly Unveil Video For New Single Nihilist Featuring Todd Jones Of NAILS

Soulfly have shared another track from their upcoming 13th studio album.
Fuelled by the Brazilian metal heavyweights' signature tribal grooves and the fierce vocals from frontman Max Cavalera and Todd Jones of NAILS, Nihilist marks the second preview of 'Chama', due out on October 24 via Nuclear Blast Records. Cavalera said:
"My lyrics are inspired by LG of Entombed and Nihilist. He left this earth in 2021 and he was always a big influence on me. This is one of the heaviest songs on the record and I love the fact that we went to Bulgaria to make the video. Todd Jones is the special guest on the song, delivering the hardest line on the record. ‘I don’t believe in anything!’"
"From the depths of the deepest tribes, we bring you the new Soulfly," guitarist Mike De Leon added. "This being my first official video ever with the guys, is a complete honour. Enjoy it, crank it up and start the living room mosh pits!"
Soulfly introduced the follow-up to 2022's 'Totem' alongside the release of the lead single, Storm The Gates, last month.
Following the record's release, they'll embark on a previously scheduled Australian tour in January, featuring support from Cavalera's '90s side project Nailbomb, and Snot. Tickets are on sale now.
