Lola Young has cancelled all of her upcoming commitments.
The 24-year old singer from Croydon shared the announcement just a few days after she fainted during her set at the New York festival All Things Go NYC last weekend, and cancelled her subsequent performance at the Maryland edition of the festival. She said:
"I'm going away for a while. It pains me to say I have to cancel everything for the foreseeable future.
"Thank you for all the love and support. I'm so sorry to let anyone down who has bought a ticket to see me, it hurts me more than you know. Obviously you will be entitled to a full refund.
"I really hope you'll give me a second chance once I've had some time to work on myself and come back stronger.
"Love you all,
"Lola x"
The Ivor Novello Rising Star winner released her third studio album, 'I’m Only F**king Myself', this September. She was planning to support the record with UK shows in the next couple of weeks, a North American tour during November and December, and a European tour next spring, but all those dates have been pulled. Please refer to your point of purchase for refund information.
