Snocaps, the new project from Waxahatchee's Katie Crutchfield and her twin sister Allison, have surprise released their self-titled debut album.

Arriving via ANTI- Records, it marks the Alabama-born siblings' first project since recording two albums as P.S. Eliot around 15 years ago, though Alison has appeared on Waxahatchee albums and toured as a member of the band.

Serving up a reserved Americana sound, the 13-track record features MJ Lenderman, who contributed guitar and vocals on Waxahatchee's 2024 album 'Tigers Blood', and frequent Waxahatchee collaborator Brad Cook, who produced it.

All four musicians perform multiple instruments throughout the record, which echoes Allison's work with Philadelphia-based band Swearin' and Katie's early Waxahatchee releases. Press play below.

'Snocaps' tracklist:

1. Coast
2. Heathcliff
3. Wasteland
4. Brand New City
5. Hide
6. Cherry Hard Candy
7. Avalanche
8. Doom
9. Over Our Heads
10. Angel Wings
11. I Don't Want To
12. You In Rehab
13. Coast II
