Megadeth have shared another track from their upcoming final studio album.

Embracing rebellion through a barrage of thrash riffs, I Don't Care follows the Grammy-winning metallers' earlier single Tipping Point in teasing their self-titled 17th album. Head below to view the track's Keith J. Leman-directed video that blends skate culture with performance footage. Vocalist Dave Mustaine said:

"I Don’t Care: How many times have you wanted to say this to someone? I know you want to! Deep down inside, if we had the balls, we would tell more people ‘I don’t care’ more often."

He continued: “Part of the main riff in this track had been floating around in my head since we did 'The Sick, The Dying…And The Dead!', so I was pumped to start recording I Don’t Care for this LP. I really love the guitar nuances in the track. There is the main rhythm riff, next, a very deliberate down-picking part, next, the octave chords with jump picking on octave notes (while still down-picking!). And the soloing and back and forth between me and Teemu [Mäntysaari] is magnificent!"

One of thrash metal's legendary "big four", alongside Slayer, Anthrax, and Metallica, Megadeth previously announced a worldwide farewell tour for 2026. So far, they have a handful of Latin America, North American and European dates in the diary.

'Megadeth': tracklist:

1. Tipping Point
2. I Don’t Care
3. Hey, God?!

5. Puppet Parade
6. Another Bad Day
7. Made To Kill
