Kula Shaker Release New Single Lucky Number From Upcoming Album 'Wormslayer'

Kula Shaker have released a new track from their upcoming album.
Serving up a blend of swirling psych-rock guitar riffs and trippy Hammond organ tones over a stomping groove, the swaggering Lucky Number serves as the latest preview of 'Wormslayer', due out on January 30. Frontman Crispian Mills said:
“There are two types of people in this world: those who read car number plates, and those who don't. ‘Lucky Number’ is for all the beautiful car number plate readers. You don't have to be 'on the spectrum' to appreciate nature's miraculous patterns and certain numbers following you around. We're not going crazy. The universe is speaking to us. God speed.”
The new song follows the band's earlier singles from the record; Be Merciful, Good Money, Broke As Folk, and Charge Of The Light Brigade.
Kula Shaker will support the LP with a series of acoustic performances and signing sessions at UK record stores beginning on January 23, billed as the Wormslayer Busking Sessions, followed by a UK and European tour in February and March. Tickets are on sale now.
