Drahla are a Wakefield based band consisting of Luciel Brown, Rob Riggs, and Mikey Ainsley. Formed in late 2015, Drahla quickly found their identity in Leeds fertile music scene with their minimal yet heavy sound, while their reputation as a fervent live act saw them sharing stages with Parquet Courts, The Cribs, Buzzcocks, Dream Wife, Menace Beach and more.
Drahla released their debut EP, 'Third Article' in November 2017, following on from two singles Faux Txt and Ficitonal Decision. Since their formation, Drahla have played headline shows in Europe and the UK, and supported the likes of Buzzcocks, the Cribs, Parquet Courts, Dream Wife, Ought, Metz, and Autobahn.
In May 2018, the band signed to Captured Tracks and toured throughout the year, having supported the likes of METZ, as well as festival slots at Salford's Sounds From The Other City, the Great Escape, Caring Is Creepy, Long Division, and Robert Smith's Meltdown Festival. They embark on a new batch of headline dates in November and December. Catch Drahla live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
