Jack Johnson is an American folk-rock and indie singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Hawaii. Born in 1975, he’s one of the most popular acoustic guitar-wielding names to come out of the US of modern times.
A huge-seller, he’s a favourite within the surfing community, and his easy-going charm has seen him secure huge success both at home and abroad. Johnson is unsurprisingly an attraction at major festivals too.
His debut full-length, ’Brushfire Fairytales’ landed in 2001, setting himself up for a series of super-successful records - the most popular of which was 2005's 'In Between Dreams', his third release - which hit number one both sides of the pond, and spent 97 weeks in the top 100. His records have earned him many multi-platinum discs.
In the summer of 2017, Johnson toured North America, South America, Australia and New Zealand supporting his latest record, 2017's 'All the Light Above it Too'.
In 2018, he'll finally come back to the UK and Ireland for Cork's Live at the Marquee, the Eden Sessions and a headline show at London’s Eventim Apollo. He also has shows scheduled across Europe and the US. Catch him live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
