Marsicans are a young indie band from Leeds, made up of four old school friends.
Their sound is driving and harmony-laden, and their energetic and exciting live shows have earned them a reputation as an emerging force in British music.
After the non-official 'The Chivalry' EP in 2014, the band's first commercial single was 2015's Gone in A Second, which was followed swiftly by lead single Arms of Another and Swimming in 2016 - apparent on the band's debut mini album, 'the Absence' in the same year. Singles Friends and Too Good came in 2017, followed by Throw Ourselves In, which went straight into the Top 20 of Spotify UK's New Music Friday as well as The Indie List and other high profile playlists at home and abroad.
2017 has been Marsicans' busiest year to date: they signed to LAB Records and X-ray Touring; their EP hit a million plays on Spotify; singles have made the BBC Radio 1 weekly playlist, the opening credits of E4's Made In Chelsea, and were even shared online by Coldplay.
They've played to packed rooms at Live At Leeds, Brighton's Great Escape, Manchester's Dot-To-Dot festivals and half a dozen other UK festival stages, including Leeds Festival. They have toured with the likes of Hippo Campus, Clean Cut Kid and Jaws.
Indie band Marsicans have unveiled April 2019 headlining tour dates across the UK. Catch them live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
