US alt-country band The Jayhawks are to release their eighth album ‘Mockingbird Time’ on 5th September. Following the announcement of their recent reunion after an eight-year hiatus and their upcoming tour, the band have now confirmed details of their next release. ‘Mockingbird Time’ is the band’s first album since 2003’s ‘Rainy Day Music’ and the first to feature their original singer and songwriter Mark Olson in 16 years – the last being 1995’s ‘Tomorrow the Green Grass’.
