Corey Taylor And Shawn Crahan Set For Book Signings At Download Festival

Not content with headlining the Download Festival this Friday 14 June with the infamous Slipknot, frontman Corey Taylor and percussionist Clown are both set to sign their respective books, 'A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Heaven' and 'Apocalyptic Nightmare Journey' at the event.
Both books are available to buy at the Download Festival merch stands, and the point of purchase, punters will be a given a wristband that will gain them access to the exclusive queue at the Kerrang! signing tent on site, to get their book scribbled on.
Clown will be autographing copies of his 'Apocalyptic Nightmare Journey' photographic book (pictured, right) on Friday at 2.30pm, and Corey Taylor is set to ink up copies of his brand new book, 'A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Heaven' on Saturday at 1.30pm.
'A Funny Thing Happened...' is the follow-up to Corey's debut book release, 'Seven Deadly Sins', which hit the Sunday Times Best Seller chart in 2011. The book isn't on general store release via Ebury Press until 20 June, but you can pre-order it now via Amazon.
The ever-relentless Corey Taylor has a very busy weekend lined up, as once Friday and Saturday's band and book commitments are done and dusted, he also plays the main stage on Sunday with his 'other' band, Stone Sour.
Come Monday, he is also set for a second signing of 'A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Heaven' at Waterstones, 120 Oxford Street, London, W1 from 12 noon.
