Slowthai Shares New Single Peace Of Mind

Wednesday, 20 February 2019 Written by Jon Stickler

Slowthai, aka Tyron Frampton, has released a new single.

Peace Of Mind finds the Northampton-based artist dealing with the opportunities available "for people like him". It comes paired with a surreal visual that sees Frampton cycling through a repetitive Groundhog Day-style dream.

Both the new track and last year's punk-influenced Doorman, a collaboration with producer Mura Masa, will feature on the MC's recently announced debut album, 'Nothing Great About Britain'. The record is set to land later this year through Method Records, though an official release date is yet to be announced.

Slowthai teased the album title in a freestyle video posted online earlier this month. He'll also showcase new material during his Brexit Bandit Tour during March and April.

Slowthai Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows

Tue March 26 2019 - GLASGOW SWG3
Wed March 27 2019 - BIRMINGHAM O2 Institute
Thu March 28 2019 - MANCHESTER O2 Ritz
Fri March 29 2019 - BRISTOL SWX
Sun March 31 2019 - BRIGHTON Brighton Concorde 2
Mon April 01 2019 - LONDON York Hall
