Katy Perry Shares Title Track and Artwork For New Album 'Smile'

Friday, 10 July 2020 Written by Huw Baines

Katy Perry has revealed the title and artwork for her new album.

‘Smile’, which is set to follow up 2017’s ‘Witness’, is out on August 14 through Capitol, and you can hear its punchy, brassy title track below.

“I wrote the title track from the album when I was coming through one of the darkest periods of my life and had lost my smile,” Perry said in a statement. “This whole album is my journey towards the light—with stories of resilience, hope, and love.”
