Foo Fighters have announced their tenth studio album.
Following a series of teasers and their appearance on Saturday Night Live, the renowned rockers confirmed they'll release 'Medicine At Midnight' on February 5. They produced it alongside Greg Kurstin, while engineering was handled by Darrell Thorp and mixing by Mark “Spike” Stent.
Alongside the news of the follow-up to 2017's 'Concrete and Gold', the band have released the new record's first single, Shame Shame. The track finds them pulling back from their stadium-sized rager repertoire and opting for a more sombre and subtle rock offering with candid lyrics, intentionally lo-fi production and atmospheric instrumentation.
The sextet also recently released the 'Live On the Radio 1996' EP, and earlier this year were forced to cancel their 25th anniversary The Van Tour due to COVID-19.
