Justin Bieber And NHS Choir Collaborate For New Version Of Holy

Justin Bieber and the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Choir have teamed up to try and top the music charts with a new version of his recent single Holy.
The new piano-led rendition was recorded at London's famous Abbey Road Studios and is due out on December 18. Profits will be split between NHS Charities Together and the choir's local NHS Trust charity in recognition of the medical efforts of those fighting the coronavirus pandemic.
It arrives five years after the hitmaker went head-to-head with the choir in a close race for Christmas number one in 2015. Bieber was so impressed with the group's charity single he urged fans to download A Bridge Over You, instead of his ballad Love Yourself, getting them to the Christmas top spot. Children's Community Physiotherapist and leader of the choir, Caroline Smith said:
"Justin Bieber helped make our dreams come true in 2015 and he's doing the same this year; we really can’t thank him enough for the chance to work with him on this wonderful, uplifting song. We’re so proud to represent Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust and all the heroes in the NHS."
Bieber added: "It's great to be reunited with the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS choir, as we share a fun bit of UK chart history together. Especially in these difficult times, I’m humbled to team up with them for a charity single that will benefit NHS workers on the frontlines of this pandemic and pay tribute to their unbelievable dedication."

Bieber has moved his Changes Tour of North America to summer 2021 in response to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. It takes its name from his new album, 'Changes', that came out in February.
