The Damned Reschedule Classic Line-Up UK Tour For A Second Time To Autumn 2022

The Damned have rescheduled their UK tour due to rising cases of the Omicron variant of COVID-19.
The classic line-up of the band—Dave Vanian, Brian James, Rat Scabies and Captain Sensible—will now play shows in October and November. Stops include Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, and London, where they'll celebrate the 45th anniversary of their debut album, 'Damned Damned Damned'. The group broke the news with a statement:
"As a result of all the current uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we have taken the tough decision to postpone the original Damned line-up shows to later in 2022.
All current tickets are valid for these shows and the support line-up will be as planned. We understand that this is disappointing news, but we have to consider putting these shows on in the most Damned-spirited and safest way possible. Right now, February just doesn’t feel like the right time to be able to do that.
We shall see you all at the end of October 2022.

Original tickets will remain valid for the corresponding new dates, which will still feature special guests Skids, TV Smith and the Bored Teenagers, Wildhearts and Penetration. Check out the poster to see who is performing where. More support acts are to be confirmed.
