Top Tickets This Week: The Rolling Stones, Ian Brown, Chris Rock, Sigur Rós, Yeah Yeah Yeahs

The Rolling Stones

The Rolling Stones have confirmed some massive summer performances in the UK, with a show confirmed at Liverpool's Anfield Stadium on June 9, and two gigs as part of BST Hyde Park in London on June 25 and July 3.

The dates are part of a wider European tour celebrating their 60th anniversary, billed as the SIXTY Tour. They'll also be their first concerts without drummer Charlie Watts, who passed away in August 2021, with Steve Jordan set to sit behind the kit for the upcoming trek.

Ian Brown

The Stone Roses frontman has confirmed 10 autumn shows for his first headline UK tour in over a decade.

Stops include Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Nottingham and London, where he'll wrap up the trek at the O2 Academy Brixton on October 7. Tickets go on general sale at 9.30am on March 18 - Compare and buy tickets here.


Chris Rock

The Grammy and Emmy Ward-winning comedian and actor will bring his Ego Death World Tour to the UK later this spring. Stops include London's Royal Albert Hall on May 12, Birmingham's Utilita Arena the next day, Leeds' First Direct Arena on May 14, and Manchester's AO Arena on May 15.

Sigur Rós

Sigur Rós will kick off the European leg of their 2022 world tour in Lisbon, Portugal in September, with UK and Ireland gigs scheduled at Manchester's O2 Apollo, London's O2 Academy Brixton, Glasgow's SEC Armadillo, and Dublin's 3Arena between November 7 and 17. The Icelandic band's first tour in nearly five years also includes previously confirmed spring concerts in Mexico, Canada and the United States.


Yeah Yeah Yeahs

Yeah Yeah Yeahs have confirmed their first headline UK shows in nine years. The New York trio will play Manchester's O2 Apollo and London's O2 Academy Brixton on June 5 and 7, respectively, with tickets on general sale at 9am on March 18 - Compare and buy tickets here.

The group have promised to perform some new material at the gigs, which will feature support act English Teacher in Manchester, and Dry Cleaning and Anika in London.

  • Il Divo have added two shows to their Christmas With Il Divo Tour.
  • Westlife have added two new Belfast shows to The Wild Dreams Tour.
  • Diana Ross has added a Longleat show to her Thank U Tour this summer.
  • Squeeze have confirmed UK shows for October and November.
  • Sean Paul has moved his Sorcha Tour to the summer.
  • Richard Ashcroft is the latest act to be announced for South Facing Festival.
  • Beth Hart has added four shows to her rescheduled UK tour in 2023.
  • The Saw Doctors have announced UK dates for the autumn.
  • Joe Satriani has rescheduled the UK and Ireland leg of The Shapeshifting Tour and rebilled it as the Earth Tour.
  • Ronan Keating has added three shows to his All The Hits Tour.
  • Tiësto is the latest headline act announced for this year's Belsonic.
  • Manic Street Preachers have announced a super intimate show for this year's BBC 6 Music Festival
  • McFly have been confirmed as a headliner for Trentham Live.
