M.I.A. has shared a new song called The One, along with details of her sixth album.

Co-produced by T-Minus, Rex Kudo, Charlie Handsome, and Heavy Mellow, the electronic-leaning hip hop track will feature on 'MATA', the British rapper's first full-length since 2016's 'AIM'.

It'll arrive via Island Records, with which the Paper Planes singer has signed a new global record deal, though a release date is still to be confirmed.

In 2020, M.I.A. dropped the one-off single OHMNI 202091, along with a collaboration with Travis Scott and Young Thug on Franchise. In 2021, she put out Babylon, a single released as part of an auction of her 2010 mixtape 'Vicki Leekx' as an NFT.

M.I.A will be performing live across select cities and festivals around the world this summer, including Primavera Sound Barcelona, Bilbao BBK Live and NOS Alive.
