Kendrick Lamar has released a video for Rich Spirit.
The track from his latest album, 'Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers', finds him warning against the cult of celebrity. "Celebrity do not mean integrity, you fool" he says, and later, "Clout chasing hell of a disease, brother."
The video, meanwhile, was directed by Calmatic and finds the Compton rapper isolated in an apartment. It arrives following the conclusion of the UK and European leg of The Big Steppers Tour, which will head to Australia and New Zealand in December.
Lamar recently received multiple Grammy nominations. He's up against Beyoncé and Adele in the major categories at the 65th Grammy Awards, which will take place on February 5 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
