Katy Kirby Releases New Single Hand To Hand From Upcoming Album 'Blue Raspberry'

Katy Kirby has shared a new single, Hand To Hand.
The soft, soothing folksy rock track will appear on the Nashville-born singer-songwriter's new album, 'Blue Raspberry', due out on January 26 via Anti-.
Kirby previously teased the record with the songs Cubic Zirconia, Table and Party Of The Century. Commenting on Hand To Hand, she said:
"I wrote this at a moment I was witnessing the gory breakdown of several relationships / couples all at the same time. I don’t really want to invoke the word 'heteropessimism' here, but I guess it’s about something like it, or just about commitment in general. It all seems like such an incredibly risky idea? I’m feeling less dark about it these days but I also fell in love with someone recently, so have tried to think about it less."
She'll support the follow-up to her 2021 debut LP, 'Cool Dry Place', with a North American tour in February and March.
