Waxahatchee Posts New Single 365 Ahead Of 'Tigers Blood' Release

Waxahatchee has dropped a final early single from her upcoming album.
Guided by Katie Crutchfield's signature cathartic vocals, 365 marks the third taster of 'Tigers Blood', which is due out on March 22 via the singer-songwriter's new label home on ANTI-. The minimal piano and acoustic guitar-based track follows the previously unveiled cuts Bored and Right Back To It featuring MJ Lenderman.

"365 is a song about codependency as it pertains to addiction and relationships with addicts. It’s something I’ve dealt with a lot in my life and I really wanted to distil the nerves and emotions down to their purest form in this song
"Brad Cook [producer] and I had a lot of ideas we tried for this one, but in the end, we tracked it live just him, Jake Lenderman [guitarist] and myself running the song a couple of times together in the room."
The Alabama-born, Kansas City-based artist will embark on the European leg of her Tigers Blood Tour in the summer, which features stops in Brighton, London, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin between July 24 and August 1.
The trek will launch in North America this spring, opening with a hometown show at Kansas City's Uptown Theater on April 18. The first run of dates will wrap up on May 23, with a second round of shows scheduled between August 16 and September 8. Tickets for all dates are on sale now.
Waxahatchee's previous album was 2020's 'Saint Cloud'. Two years later, Crutchfield put out 'Walked With You A Ways', a collaborative record with Jess Williamson released under the Plains moniker.
