Top Tickets This Week: Tom Grennan, AC/DC, The Doobie Brothers, Tim Minchin

The Bedford singer-songwriter will bring his biggest headline tour to date to arenas in Bournemouth, Birmingham, London, Cardiff, Nottingham, Glasgow, Dublin, Aberdeen, Newcastle, Leeds and Manchester between September 3 and 19.

The dates will support his new album, 'Everywhere I Went Led Me To Where I Didn't Want To Be’, which is due out on August 15 via Insanity Records.

The record will include his previously unveiled singles Shadowboxing and Higher.


AC/DC

As part of a summer European leg of their PWR Up Tour, the rock legends will be joined by The Pretty Reckless at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh on August 21.

Their first Scottish date in over a decade will follow shows in Prague, Berlin, Warsaw, Düsseldorf, Madrid, Imola, Tallinn, Gothenburg, Oslo, Paris, and Karlsruhe between June 26 and August 17.

Tickets for most shows go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (February 7). The date in Imola goes on sale at 11am CET on February 7, and the Paris show goes on sale at 10am CET on February 10 - Compare and buy tickets here.

The European leg will follow a North American tour that runs between April 10 and May 28. Tickets for those dates are already on sale.

The PWR Up Tour takes its name from the band's 2020 album, 'Power Up'. As with previous legs, the new shows will feature lead guitarist Angus Young and vocalist Brian Johnson back on stage, accompanied by rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, drummer Matt Laug and bassist Chris Chaney.

The California rockers will take their Walk This Road Tour to Glasgow's OVO Hydro, Manchester's Co-Op Live, Birmingham's Utilita Arena, London's O2 Arena and Dublin's 3Arena between July 11 and 21. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on February 7 - Compare and buy tickets here.

As part of the run, the four-time Grammy Award-winners will also support at Jeff Lynne's ELO sold-out BST Hyde Park show in London on July 13. 

The dates will support their new album, 'Walk This Road', which is due out on June 6 and features the reunited line-up of Patrick Simmons, Tom Johnston, John McFee and Michael McDonald.

In January, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers shared two new songs from the record, the title track featuring soul and gospel legend Mavis Staples, and Call Me. It'll also include their 2023 track Lahaina featuring Mick Fleetwood, Jake Shimabukuro and Henry Kapono, which marked their first release since their 2021 album 'Liberté'.

The Australian comedian, musician and composer will kick off his Songs The World Will Never Hear Tour on June 4 at the Soho Theatre, London.

He'll then head to Plymouth, Birmingham, Leicester, Sheffield, Hull, Cardiff, Nottingham, Blackpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester, Liverpool, Oxford and Brighton, before wrapping up the run back in London on July 4 at the Eventim Apollo.

The shows will see Minchin celebrate 20 years since his arrival on the British comedy scene, while reflecting on his career, which has seen him rise from a cabaret pianist in Perth to an internationally acclaimed musician, comedian and theatre composer. The set list will span three decades of songwriting. Tickets go on general sale at 12pm on Friday (February 7) - Compare and buy tickets here.
